2016 marked the 6th year of Total Experience Summit. The event hosts a breadth of industry and product demographics and in return, crafts a speaker faculty with an equally diverse background. Not only do attendees come to learn innovative skills and best practices in customer experience, experience design, user experience, optimization, insights and analytics, they also come to meet with peers from different industries across the nation.
